eezconvention covers the work that starts after a convention is announced.
The mobile app already models the real workflow: admins create conventions, attendees register, committees choose how they enter, navigate schedule and agenda flows, committees coordinate tasks, finance reviews spending, and staff track receipts through completion. This website is the front door for that platform.

Organizers can create branded conventions with logos, dates, descriptions, and location data. Attendees can search nearby conventions by ZIP code, register directly, and enter the right convention from a dedicated convention picker.

After registration, attendees can continue as attendees for a convention, access a QR pass, browse the event schedule, build a personal agenda, and jump into attendee-specific experiences from one place.
Run committees with clear ownership
Admins manage committees, roles, and membership. Chairs and co-chairs can add members and keep work routed to the right team.
Track operational requests end to end
Standard requests move through submitted, assigned, in-progress, completed, closed, and reopened states with filters for personal and team views.
Route budget approvals the right way
Budget requests include amount, vendor, committee, payment method, needed-by date, and justification, then route directly to Budget and Finance.
